Do I need to register for this service?
This service is available to all users without registration. However Registration enables faster service and access to new gift code(s). Registration will also allow you to post your picture in our catalog to enable other users to take it.

Do I need to pay for this service?
This service is very similar to a download of a ringtone or wallpaper from the web. Please note that phone charges from your mobile operator are always applicable.

We offer this service for free when you use a gift code (personal pictures or pictures from the "Public catalogue"). Licensed pictures are not available for free.

If the gift code is not entered correctly or is invalid, you will have to re-enter the (valid) gift code or use PayPal to get our service.

You need to have a cell phone or PDA with a data service plan allowing access to the Internet.

Please note that certain mobile operators (such as Verizon) do not allow download of content from website that are not part of their own site, or their service offering. In that situation we will not be able to provide you with this service. Please check with your mobile operator.

Why can't I send the picture direct from my computer to the cell phone?
You could do it if you have the required software to manipulate pictures. The major barrier is the high size of the picture file if you have a high resolution picture. The download of huge picture file can be long, expensive and not always successfully performed through the network.

Can I remove pictures in my phone?
Yes. It is possible to remove downloaded pictures from the memory of your cell phone. Please follow the instructions from the phone manufacturer.

Can I assign a name or a message to a picture?
Yes. You can add a caption (i.e. "birthday 2005", "my Valentine", etc) in your picture.
